Registration of Sunkiss
During ‘Operation 4’, August 2021.
Sunkiss - a four-hour performance piece revolving around the idea of 'slowness' in response to the acceleration of a once again rapidly forward moving world. In four sequences, Emirhakin, Negiste Yesside Johnson, Ratri Notosudirdjo, and Mylan Hoezen perform actions that stimulate energy and blood circulation This piece was performed on August 29, 2021 at de Appel and broadcast live by Ja Ja Ja Nee Nee Nee.
I’m currently working on the registration film shot by Nicola Baratto. The film will be released in 2022 - accompanied by a soundtrack release on Futura Resistenza. Until then enjoy new photo documentation here.
